What to expect

1. Arrive & Settle
We guide you through the Sauna instructions and help you feel at ease.

2. Heat Ritual
You can enjoy the sauna for 55 minutes. Some guests enjoy 15-20 min in the sauna followed by an optional cold dip or cool down, before re-entering the sauna.

3. Cool Down
Optional cold exposure to boost clarity, energy, and recovery. Highly recommended!
