Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our sauna facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of Facilities

• Sauna users must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.

• Limit sauna sessions to a maximum of 60 minutes at a time.

• Wood-burning stoves should only be operated by our trained staff.

2. Health and Safety

• Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have serious health conditions, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable.

• Follow all safety instructions regarding the wood-burning stove to prevent fire hazards.

3. Liability Waiver All users agree to fill out our waiver form before completing their booking.  

4. Privacy Policy Personal information collected from users will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Maintenance and Use of Wood-Burning Stove

• The wood-burning stove will be maintained regularly by our staff to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Users are not permitted to add wood or other materials to the stove.

6. Changes to Terms Zen Den Wellbeing reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of UK Law.

Please ensure that you adhere to these terms especially those concerning the operation and maintenance of a wood-burning stove.
